· The meeting was presided by the batch president RAYMOND A. BONIFACIO, initially emphasizing the purpose of the meeting, as follows:
- All about the upcoming SILVER ANNIVERSARY Event
- Other pertinent matters concerning the event
· GRACE CELONES TABLAN, again, was supposed to report on the final consolidated and audited financial report of THOR Fund Raising event, but unfortunately, she didn’t make it on the said meeting due to health reasons. Raymond, Rachel and Noreen will just be meeting with her any day this month for the said report.
· Final EVENT SHIRT type: POLO SHIRT on a Charcoal Grey or Silver color.

Sizes comes at extra small, small, medium, large, XL and XXL
Design: 89ers @ 25 in front upper left side of the wearer. Logo on the lower right sleeve
of the wearer. Wording “UNITED IN MOVING FORWARD & BEYOND” at the back
Officers RACHEL MAGBOO and VAL FRANCISCO and Sec Coordinator EDILYN “JOY” DE LEON will be sourcing out for the final shirt, Eco-bags and souvenir supplier/s, either in Taytay or Divisoria, any weekends of JANUARY, 2014. For the shirt, Top of the mind brand is LIFELINE BRAND… Cotton and Polo-Shirt. Price estimate from P130 – P150 (shirt only). Printing cost (back to back) estimate from P50 – P80 per shirt.
A souvenir has also been finalized…. Towels with 89ers @ 25 EMBROIDERED in it.
ECO-BAG contents: Polo-Shirt, Pamphlet, photo booth photo, 1 souvenir
Batchmates can make a pre-order of the shirt indicating their desired size in our FB page. All sizes must be known to us on or before February 15, 2014 for submission to the supplier.
· CATERING. After a thorough review and analysis of all potential caterers for our great event, we came up with the final decision. AVENGOZA CATERING SERVICES will cater for us. Quality wise, freebies wise, its number of years in the catering industry, credibility, its regular clients that include ABS-CBN / GMA-7 and value for money, AVENGOZA is the wise choice. · Event PAMPHLET: Supplier to be sourced out by last week of February, 2014. As finalized, pamphlet contents are as follows:

· Musical SHOW BAND – To be confirmed with Ferdie Fermin (Strictly NEW WAVE & 80’S Music)
· MOBILE BAR and other matters concerning the DRINKS to be finalized next meeting
· SEAT ASSIGNMENTS to be finalized in February, 2014
· VIDEOGRAPHER with non-linear editing – Rachel to contact Batchmate Clever Logatoc, Gina to contact MACKOY and Tere to deal with ALFIE.
· PHOTOGRAPHER: It’s final! GREAT to have JOSEPTH “PEPEP” SANTOS in our batch. He will be providing us with the following, for FREE!!
• Unlimited 4x6 photo print out.
• Professional Photographer, knowledgeable Technician and friendly Assistant.
• Automated Photo Booth System.
• Professional Canon DSLR Camera & Studio Lights.
• Printer & Photo Paper for high quality photos.
• Customized graphic design & print lay-out (size: 4R) –
Maximum of 2 revisions only.
• Standard photo wall or tarpaulin.
• Use of fun, creative and glamorous accessories and props.
• LCD Monitor.
• One (1) DVD copy of all photos in high resolution.
• Cardboard photo frame.
· PHOTOBOOTH – AS MENTIONED, THIS WILL PART OF JOSEPH’S COMMITMENT TO THE BATCH.
· Corporate SPONSORSHIP proposals for follow-up. Additional corporate proposal to be sent within this month. Hopefully, we get more sponsors for additional prizes in the raffle.
· PLEDGES Status to be finalized on or before JANUARY 31, 2013. Batchmate Hershey Jaranilla is taking care of that. Hopefully, more and more pledges from our generous batchmates to come and start pouring-in, as we aim to hit the target budget for a possible FREE FOR ALL event.
· OTHERS: There will be a SPECIAL AWARD to be given on the night of the reunion event. Winners will be known thru ballot cast voting.
P350.00 – rate shall still be applied, regardless of the date, or even after January 31, 2014, to those batchmates who cannot make it on the night of the reunion but would want to avail of the souvenir package such as shirt, eco-bag, embroidered towel and post event DVD
Invites to SPECIAL GUESTS (All our 4th Year HS Advisers) will be sent personally by RAYMOND & ARVIN HUBALDE. Addresses must be known to them a month before the event.
FEBRUARY 28 – Last Day for all corporate sponsors and pledges to confirm, to be included in the PAMPHLET PRINTS.
Meeting adjourned @ 10:10 pm / Pica-Pica and drinks were served c/o Val Francisco. Again, many Thanks to you Val!
