· The meeting was presided by the batch president RAYMOND A. BONIFACIO, initially emphasizing the purpose of the meeting, as follows:
- All about the upcoming SILVER ANNIVERSARY Event
- Other pertinent matters concerning the event
· As an original part of the meeting agenda, GRACE CELONES TABLAN was supposed to report on the final consolidated and audited financial report of THOR Fund Raising event, but unfortunately, she didn’t make it on the said meeting due to health reasons. Raymond, Rachel and Noreen will just be meeting with her any day this month for the said report.
· Final EVENT SHIRT type: POLO SHIRT on a Charcoal Grey or Silver color.

Sizes comes at extra small, small, medium, large, XL and XXL
Batchmates can make a pre-order of the shirt indicating their desired size in our FB page starting December 15, 2013. All sizes must be known to us on or before January 31, 2014 for submission to the supplier.
· Event Ticket: As agreed, virtual ticket will be posted in our FB Group Site starting December 15, 2013. Batchmates can start reserving/buying tickets online thru our FB (by comment) or thru our official Batch WEBSITE. Ticket price @ P350 for early bird purchases until January 31, 2014. Beyond the said date, ticket price will be @ P500.00.
Your P350 or P500 shall already include the following;
§ Nicely designed and good quality Batch Event Polo Shirt
§ Buffet Meal (appetizers, main course, desserts)
§ Drinks (Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic)
§ Souvenir Eco-Bag
§ Souvenir Pamphlet
§ Souvenir Photo taken from the Photo Booth
§ A Cup Cake
§ Post Event DVD containing the highlights of the event (To be given at least 3 weeks after the event)
§ A chance to bring home exciting PRIZES from the raffle
§ DANCE to the groove of our MOBILE SOUNDS & LIGHTS SYSTEM and LIVE SHOW BAND playing the music of our lives.
§ And of course, the priceless chance of being with your old friends, old schoolmates and former high-school teachers for ONE HECK OF A NIGHT.
· Eco-Bag will be part of our souvenir items (size is 3” x 10”, made of recyclable materials) containing the BATCH EVENT POLO SHIRT, A CUPCAKE, EVENT PAMPHLET and PHOTO BOOTH Photo.
Scenario: Upon arrival at the RUBLOU PLACE, batchmate to register at the registration table set-up just outside of the venue, get inside with a way leading to the PHOTOBOOTH, post and smile for picture taking, get out of the PHOTOBOOTH and get your ECO BAG (to be handed-over to you), then finally, proceed to your assigned table.
· CATERING provider still on review. CATERING to be finalized on our next Officers’ meeting on January 10, 2014. For now, we still have AVENGOZA CATERING in mind. Raymond and Rachel to submit other possible caterers within the month for review and comparison.
· MOBILE SOUND SYSTEM – Deep Speed Mobile (Final); There will be an LCD Projector with large screen for clippings and presentations such as The “IN MEMORIES” program honoring our batchmates who already joined our creator. GINA LUAGUE SORIANO to take charge in connecting with the bereaved families.
· Musical SHOW BAND – To be confirmed with Ferdie Fermin (Strictly NEW WAVE & 80’S Music)
· MOBILE BAR and other matters concerning the DRINKS to be finalized next meeting
· SEAT ASSIGNMENTS to be finalized in February, 2014
· VIDEOGRAPHER with non-linear editing – Rachel to contact Batchmate Clever Logatoc, Gina to contact MACKOY and Tere to deal with ALFIE.
· PHOTOGRAPHER (During the event for our POST EVENT DVD Souvenir – Hershey to coordinate and finalized arrangements with batchmate JOSEPH SANTOS. To be finalized as well on the next meeting.
· PHOTOBOOTH – Hershey is in constant communication with Batchmate JOSEPH SANTOS regarding this. Hopefully, we get it.
· Corporate SPONSORSIP Proposals for follow-up. Additional corporate proposal to be sent within this month. Hopefully, we get more sponsors for additional prizes in the raffle.
· PLEDGES Status to be finalized on or before JANUARY 31, 2013. Batchmate Hershey Jaranilla is taking care of that. Hopefully, more and more pledges from our generous batchmates to come and start pouring-in, as we aim to hit the target budget for a possible FREE FOR ALL event.
· Stage Decorations, backdrop, function room designs, lobby and veranda decors – In charge is ROWENA MELEGRITO. Looking for any other volunteers.
· For the performers, two batchmates will serenade us with their golden voices… RICHARD REYES & JENNIFER LINSON. – Confirmed.
Any BATCH 89 SECTION who would want to render a dance presentation are very much welcome to do so.
§ We need to look for a coordinator for Section ST. CAHTERINE. Any one?
§ IN MEMORIES – Presentation c/o Hershey and Gina
§ TABLES 9 & 10 are reserved for the visitors. We plan to invite our former teachers, as follows:
- Ms. Mabesa Mr. Matt Ms. Boloyos
- Ms. Oronico Mr. Logatoc Ms. Agnes Aquino
- Ms. Fulgencio Mr. Luna Mr. Gaco
- Ms. Rubaya Ms. Lucero Ms. Ortiz Ruiz
To our batchmates who are still in contact with the above mentioned teachers, please help us coordinate with them. Formal invites to them will be sent a month before the event.
· Lastly, the TAHANANG BALIK ALAY Outreach Visit shall take place probably on December 28, 2013 or sometime in January, 2014 depending on the slot to be given to us and of course, the availability of our officers. A percentage of the profit we earned from the last THOR Fund Raising event shall be donated to them in a form of useful goods.
As originally agreed, 10% of the total THOR profit goes to TAHANANG BALIK ALAY. But during the meeting, it was adjusted to a fixed amount of P5,000, which is way bigger than the 10% as originally planned.
